To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Return & Refund Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, they are strictly defined as:
Company: when this policy mentions ‚the company, we‚ us, TekyGo! Plus‚ TekyGo! Plus Service ‚ Our company‚ our, service provider, it refers to TekyGo! Plus, that is responsible for your information under this Return & Refund Policy.
Customer: refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the TekyGo! Plus Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.
Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit the TekyGo! Plus App or Website or Customer Management System and is about to use our services.
Service: refers to the service provided by TekyGo! as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.
You, user, customer, individual: a person or entity that is registered with Tekygo! Plus to use the Services.
Return & Refund Policy
Thank you purchasing from TekyGo! Plus. To ensure that your TekyGo! Plus experience is out of this world, our mission is to create a fun, educational and physically active experience that cannot be found elsewhere!
Not 100% satisfied with your purchase? Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery shipment date for a full refund. See Exclusions below.
The return policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery shipment date. Shipping/Delivery costs will not be refundable. Products must be in original box with original accessories, packaging, manuals, registration and undamaged/same condition purchased in will be eligible for a full refund/return.
If product returned has any customer data or information stored on device storage or memory, TekyGo! Plus will not be responsible for transferring of mentioned data/information to another device, loss of data or maintaining confidentiality of data/information left in device upon an exchange for another product.
Original Receipt/packing slip must accompany any product(s) that are being returned.
Products that are being returned beyond the 30 days from the date of delivery shipment date are non-refundable.
If product being returned is missing a few pieces, damaged (outside of the warranty coverage) or has been tampered with, they will not be accepted for a return or refund.
Products not directly purchased from TekyGo! Plus will not be subjected to a refund.
Products that are sold in a bundle, unless the bundle is returned with all included products
Products that do not meet this return criteria will not be issued a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not meet the refund criteria
If products are defective and cannot be solved through troubleshooting, the product will be exchanged for the exact same item only.
If you received a product from TekyGo! Plus, that is damaged or defective you can return the product for a full refund within 30 days from the purchase date. To complete the return, please provide proof of purchase (receipt/packing slip). Please know that shipping and delivery costs cannot be refunded. When sending a product to us, TekyGo! Plus cannot guarantee that we will receive your item being return. We will also not be held responsible for any damages or lost package(s) during shipping.
Your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your refund from the time received and package has been inspected.
If you wish to cancel your pre-order purchase, please do so within 30 days for a full refund. This only applies if the product has not already been shipped. If the product has already shipped, the customer will be subject to the refund policy above and TekyGo! Plus will not refund for shipping/Delivery charges.
TekyGo! Plus commits and strives to deliver the best products to all our customers. Every product that is available for purchase is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with care. We do this to ensure that our products are in working and good condition before they make it to the customer.
There are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order and will be given advanced notice. If you have purchased your product and have processed the payment online (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded the cost once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality checks before processing your ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product to assure that products will not get damaged while in transit. Please note that TekyGo! is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it qualifies for a refund or return, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive it.
Please know that shipping and delivery costs cannot be refunded. When sending a product to us, TekyGo! Plus cannot guarantee that we will receive your item being return. We will also not be held responsible for any damages or lost package(s) during shipping.
TekyGo! Plus warrants to the original purchaser (“you”) that the hardware and software product(s) which includes all components within the retail box shall be free of material defects in material and workmanship for period of 1 year from the original purchase date. This warranty is only valid for Canada and USA. If product is determined to be materially defective during this period and defect is covered by this warranty (6-months), TekyGo! Plus will replace the defective product*.
Products under warranty will be limited to:
Repair or replacement of product with factory re-certified product at no charge to you
Return shipping of the product (no controllers, accessories or cables) to our TekyGo! Plus authorized service facility with a PREPAID Shipping Label provided by us
Shipping of the repaired product or a factory re-certified replacement product for the purchaser, at no charge
Where warranty does not apply:
Damages that were caused using this product with products that are not made to be compatible with this product
Damages caused by use of this product that TekyGo! Plus sells or is licensed to sell such as non-licensed game enhancement devices, controllers, adaptors and power supply devices
If product is being used for commercial or rental/arcade purposes
If product has been altered/modified/tampered with to change functionality
Damages caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, unreasonable use or anything unrelated to defect in materials or workmanship
Damages caused by a service (includes Upgrades and expansions) performed by someone who is not a licensed representative from the TekyGo! Plus authorized service provider.
This warranty will not apply to products that are sold “AS IS” or with faults. TekyGo! Plus may void this warranty at any given time if TekyGo! Plus reasonably believes that the TekyGo! Plus product(s) has been misused in a manner that violates our terms of the separate end user license agreement for system software or hardware
Service after Warranty
After your warranty has passed the 1 year limited warranty, customers will still be able to reach TekyGo! for any technical help for troubleshooting information, repair/replacement options and pricing for parts.
*If the issue requires a repair or replacement, customers may need to ship the complete product, FREIGHT PREPAID and insured for loss or damage, to TekyGo! Plus. Please do not send any products without contacting and receiving the instructions from our TekyGo! representatives!

Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies, unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. If you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, please delete your TekyGo! Plus account.
