TekyGo! Plus offers free shipping, returns and exchanges for a limited time to Canada and the Continental USA (excludes Hawaii and Alaska) for the duration of July 2022 to August 2022.
Orders are shipped from our warehouses in the USA and Canada via FedEx. We also offer the option to pick up your order if you prefer to pick up your order in person and are located near Toronto, Canada. If you would like to pick up your order, please select the pick up option when checking out.
All items are processed by our team Monday - Friday after 12pm EST.
All free shipping orders within the USA and Canada will arrive within 5 business days.
Please Note: There are widespread shipping delays occurring across North America. We do our best to meet the estimated arrival times, however, there are instances or locations where the shipment may arrive late or delayed.
If you are not satisfied with your TekyGo! Plus products or accessories, you can request to refund your order within 30 days from your delivery date.
When your order is ready to go, you will receive a notification along with the tracking number!
At this time, we do not offer shipping to international destinations. However, we do accept special requests. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-855-507-9303 (9-5pm EST) and we will do our best to assist you.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
